By contacting us first, we can contact your hospital or clinic to make sure they have everything you need for your treatment.

How to submit a claim?
At Bupa we offer you two options for the payment of your medical services: direct payment and reimbursement.
Pago directo es cuando nosotros desde Bupa pagamos directamente a tu proveedor médico de salud.
Direct payment is when we at Bupa pay your medical health care provider directly.
Our recommendation is that you always notify us prior to your medical treatment, this way we will do our best to pay your medical providers directly, thus avoiding you having to disburse money and go through administrative processes.

How to request a second medical opinion?
If you have received a medical diagnosis of serious, complex or chronic illness, you can request a second medical opinion from the best international and independent doctors, who will review your case, confirm or modify the diagnosis and recommend the best steps to take for your treatment.
How to modify the beneficiaries of your policy?
To include new dependents to your policy you can complete an insurance application by downloading it easily from here or if you prefer, you can contact us and we will send you this document by email. Remember to provide us with information and documentation about the health status of the new dependent.

How to renew your policy?
Approximately two months prior to the expiration of your current policy, Bupa will send you a renewal package with coverage details and reference costs.
It is essential that you review these documents and verify if you require any additional coverage so that we can assist you.
When you are ready for your renewal, make sure you have your payment information, such as bank account, address, etc., ready.
